ABOUT US

ADynamics instructors taking DGCA ground classes at the Bengaluru campus

ADynamics was founded in 2023 and trains aspiring pilots at three campuses: Bengaluru, Jaipur and Hyderabad. We run DGCA CPL ground classes, RTR(A) preparation, foreign-licence conversion support and A320 pre-type rating classes, with a team of 8 ground instructors and 10 student counsellors. ADynamics is not a DGCA-approved flying training organisation: we prepare students for the DGCA written exams, and the flying itself is done at partner flying schools in the USA, South Africa, the Philippines, Australia and Tunisia.

Currently operating across three branches in Bengaluru, Jaipur and Hyderabad, ADynamics is backed by a dedicated team of 8 experienced instructors and 10 student counsellors. Our faculty specializes in core DGCA subjects including Air Navigation, Meteorology, Air Regulations, Technical General, Technical Specific, and RTR, ensuring comprehensive academic support.

How we train

Our training follows a holistic, end-to-end approach—from strong DGCA ground classes to structured pre-type and type rating programs. We also provide NIOS coaching and license conversion assistance, supporting students through every academic and regulatory step of their journey.

Established in 2023, ADynamics began with a focused vision and a small but committed team in Bengaluru. What started as a close-knit academic initiative has steadily grown into a structured aviation training ecosystem, driven by consistency, trust, and student success.

Over time, ADynamics expanded its footprint to Jaipur and Hyderabad, supported by an ever-growing team of dedicated professionals. Today, our academic strength includes eight experienced faculty members, working alongside ten dedicated counsellors who guide students through every stage of their aviation journey — from ground training to further flying preparation.

ADynamics has supported a growing community of aspiring aviators through DGCA CPL clearance and on to advanced flying training across various parts of the world. This growth reflects not just expansion in numbers, but a sustained commitment to quality training, structured guidance, and long-term student success.

Teaching philosophy

At ADynamics, academic excellence is driven by a team of highly qualified and experienced ground instructors, each specialising in their respective aviation disciplines. Operating across our Bengaluru, Jaipur and Hyderabad branches, our team includes eight ground instructors and ten student counsellors, ensuring dedicated support and guidance at every campus.

Our faculty brings strong industry insight and exam-focused expertise across all core DGCA subjects, including Navigation, Meteorology, Air Regulations, Technical General, and Technical Specific. Each subject is taught by specialised instructors, allowing students to gain deeper conceptual clarity and targeted preparation rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Beyond DGCA CPL ground training, we also offer structured coaching for NIOS examinations, ATPL-level subjects, and pre–type and type rating preparation, enabling students to progress seamlessly into advanced stages of their aviation careers. Our training ecosystem is further strengthened by simulator-based learning, helping bridge the gap between theory and real-world cockpit understanding.

Our teaching approach focuses on concept clarity, practical application, and continuous academic support. With regular evaluations, dedicated doubt-solving sessions, revision modules, and personalised mentoring, we ensure every student progresses with confidence and consistency—preparing them not just to clear exams, but to perform as aviation professionals.
